General information
At ABT-Plus we provide online dog training and behavioural content and advice. These modules are designed to help guide you through training your dog and resolving behavioural problems and we have spent a great amount of time and effort designing these in a way to help most people and dogs. As this service is online and we don’t know the history of your individual dog there are some things that may require some more personalised intervention at which stage we will refer you to our parent company ABT. ABT-Plus will provide a community group where you can ask questions online and may also include an option to join some group Q & A sessions.

By accessing or using our online services you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated in these documents, if you do not agree these terms and conditions then you will not be able to engage in our services.

You agree that any registration information you give to the company will always be accurate, correct and up to date and your account will not be used for any illegal or unauthorised purposes. You shall not post or transmit through the site or any related groups any material which violates or infringes the rights of others, is threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or public rights and in any other way conducted in an offensive manner or constitutes a criminal offence.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to repurpose, duplicate, copy, sell or resell or exploit any portion of the service, or access to the service without express written consent from us.

Online content access
When you purchase your online module, you can either purchase a stand-alone video or an entire module along with other packages available. Payment options are included on the website and are all GST inclusive. When signing up to our Dog training courses we will require you to fill in details about your dog and yourself, if you do not wish to receive any marketing contact or materials from us, please state this when entering into this arrangement. The videos may have limitations on how many devices can be logged in at a time and for how long the content will be available pending the purchase option you have chosen.

ABT-Plus is a subsidiary company to ABT and although we are linked and will work closely together, we are a separate entity. ABT-Plus will provide a support system to answer some questions and will have available some ongoing support options, for more personalised help we may refer you to ABT who also provide remote support in the form of zoom consults.

Intellectual property
This site contains intellectual property owned by ABT-Plus Pty Ltd including, without limitation, trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information and other intellectual property along with the name, logo, designs and other files owned by ABT-Plus Pty Ltd.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way format whatsoever of the site content or intellectual property. In whole or in part without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the site without refund if you are caught violating this intellectual property policy.

Video recording
The client agrees and consents that group calls and/or trainings may be recorded. The client also acknowledges and consents that the recordings may be redistributed and/or resold at a later date as part of separate offerings sold by the company and may be utilised for quality assurance or training purposes.

User comments, feedback and other submissions
If by our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example testimonials) or without a request from us you send suggestions, comments, or other materials, you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation to maintain any comments in confidence or pay compensation for any comments. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine are unlawful, offensive, abusive, threatening, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual proprietary rights. You further agree that your comments will not contain any unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or malware that could in any way affect the operation of the service or related website. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy, we assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
As a client of ABT-Plus you acknowledge that you have voluntarily engaged these online services provided by ABT-Plus employees. The ABT-Plus employees will take all reasonable efforts to ensure to meet our clients needs and provide support and guidance that will be helpful and productive but cannot guarantee to resolve all issues.

As a client you acknowledge that ultimately your dog is your responsibility along with the dog’s behaviour and ABT-Plus cannot be held liable for the actions of your dog whilst under your care or following the instructions in the training. This training is devised as a guide to assist with training and behavioural problems, but we cannot guarantee to resolve every problem behaviour.

ABT-Plus has taken every precaution to ensure our courses are as safe as can be. However, when working with animals there are a lot of variables. In the rare case that injuries may be occurred this is the responsibility of the customer and is not the fault of ABT-Plus Pty Ltd. Please ensure you take every precaution necessary to ensure your own safety and the safety of others.

The client and consultant hereby agree to mediate any misunderstanding that may arise pursuant to the terms and conditions contained herin. By engaging in ABT-Plus services as a client you agree to forfeit all right to bring suit to ABT-Plus and acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the above terms.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ABT-Plus Pty Ltd pertaining to the site and service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any provisions of this agreement by ABT-Plus Pty Ltd shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by ABT-Plus Pty Ltd.
